Jones has been replaced in the Wales squad by Cardiff Blues prop John Yapp, who joined up with Gatland and his men last week along with his regional colleague Tom James.

James joined the squad to provide cover in the backs and will now remain after the withdrawal yesterday of Ospreys centre Gavin Henson with an Achilles injury.
